p/s To be fair, I would rank those properties that are in or near city centers to be worth comparing. The ones in Deniliquin in Australia and Foxton in NZ are so out in the woods - its like buying a place in Bidor or Yong Peng. The ones in Buenos Aires and Bali are execptional.

Interesting facts !
No chic pix for this posting?
What about property prices in Penang that has not dropped too much?
Bro,
Still a room for futher drop. exp. in KLCC area.
I'm in mortgage line, current economy circumstances not the time to purchase any new property. But time to refinance, better still can be "cash-out" for stand-by purposes. All this because of LOW BLR & "minus" rate on that.
KL Sentral,Suasana Loft sound not a good buy for me. Half Mil 898s.ft Condo means not a mess market, appreciation of the ppty is limited(condo). unless price above 1 Mil. "High end" ppty stand a better chance.
Cheras,BKT SEGAR JAYA stand a better chance compare Suasana in term of appreciation. Landed ppty always worth invest then a hole in the air.
But for landed ppty, gated community is the future trend. Look at eco-park(Setia Alam), Setia Walk (Puchong).....etc
Current 5/95 scheme is good to purchase any SP Setia's project. But still cost me a bomb(P/S: I'm poor)
SIME Darby recent "
parade of Home 3" is far behind very expensive la. Ara D'sara cost you 600K for a 1000+- condo?Bloody hell you have to go in there passby a stupid "tunner". OMG! Location is bad la.
