the chinese developed the company & get it listed on the exchange, but before listing sell 30% at pe of 4 to 5 times to the BUMIS. Once listed, the BUMIS sell everything out onto the market, then how on earth they can reach 30%. what & who is stoping them from owning 30%? if the bumis want, just buy them in the market! why 30% they can buy it all up!
